Beyond The Frame

What is Beyond The Frame?

Beyond The Frame is a platform for Black British artists of all forms to showcase their work to the world. It began as a filmmaker’s screening evening, but after recognising the power of community and how art inspires more art, it evolved into a beautiful yearly celebration of Black expression in all its forms.

As part of the REB7LS movement, we strive to give unheard voices a platform, creating space for emerging and underrepresented artists to share their stories. From poetry and music to film and photography, we aim to go Beyond The Frame—and beyond.
